This position provides Wayne Subaru Customers with a professional and exceptional customer experience when presenting Subaru products for their newly purchased vehicle. You will be responsible for providing a level of service to the customer that will impact our CSI as an integral part of the Wayne Subaru Sales team. Compensation will be performance based. Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance available. Vacation and Sick time . Responsibilities: You must have a valid NJ drivers license Ability to present products in a professional and courteous manner Be motivated for personal and dealership success as laid out by Executive management. Be able to work with dealership lending institutions Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an F&I/Business Manager (Subaru experience helpful) Be able to sell Subaru warranty and insurance products. Build rapport with Dealership Lenders to secure loan approvals Understand Credit reports Accurately submit all paperwork to back office, and e-contracting Understand and have skills to effectively use technology in the finance process Have some experience with Dealertrack, AutoMate (DMS), and Darwin Digital Retailing
